If all or most of the Guthiyars, including the donor of a private Guthi, make a written request for the settlement and operation of such private Guthi to be carried out by the Corporation, the Corporation may undertake the settlement and operation of such Guthi.
(2) Apart from the private Guthi kept as personal or family, if it is found that the Guthiyar of the private Guthi held for social benefit has embezzled the property of the Guthi without operating the Guthi as written in the inscription, charity letter, donation letter etc.
(3) Land administration of all types of Guthi land related to Pashupati Amalkot Court or related to Pashupati Guhyeshwari may be managed by the Guthi Sansthan.
(4) After the corporation assumes the rights and obligations as per sub-section (1) or (2), such private guthi is converted into a royal guthi and all the rights of the private guthi or donor guthiyar over the movable, immovable property, devamurti of such private guthi shall be transferred to the institute and the donor of such private guthi, Guthiyar , all the rights of Khangidar will be terminated.
